By accessing or using our website, requesting an estimate or service, submitting information through one of our forms, or otherwise interacting with our online services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Website and Services
Our website provides information about pest control, pest prevention, inspections, wildlife-related services, and other property services offered by Pest Care.
Information available on the website is provided for general informational purposes and does not by itself create a service agreement.
Actual pest control, inspection, treatment, exclusion, remediation, or related services may be governed by a separate estimate, proposal, work authorization, service agreement, warranty, or other written agreement.
If these Terms conflict with a separate written agreement covering services performed at your property, the terms of that separate agreement will control with respect to those services.
2. Estimates and Service Requests
You may use our website, telephone number, or other communication methods to request an inspection, estimate, consultation, or service.
Submitting a request does not guarantee:
- availability of service;
- a particular appointment date or time;
- acceptance of a project;
- a specific price;
- a particular treatment recommendation; or
- that information provided online is sufficient to diagnose or resolve a pest problem.
Pricing provided before an inspection may be preliminary and may change based on property conditions, pest activity, accessibility, size, treatment requirements, or other factors.
A final or binding price will be established through an estimate, proposal, service agreement, or other written confirmation from Pest Care.
3. Appointments
Appointments are subject to availability and confirmation.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate information and reasonable access to areas that must be inspected or serviced.
Certain services may require preparation before arrival. Failure to follow preparation instructions may result in a delay or rescheduling of service.
Additional cancellation, rescheduling, or missed-appointment provisions may be included in your service agreement or appointment confirmation.
4. Pest Care SMS Messaging Program
Pest Care may offer text messaging programs to customers and prospective customers who affirmatively choose to receive SMS or MMS messages from us.
Depending on the consent you provide, messages may include:
- appointment confirmations;
- appointment reminders;
- scheduling communications;
- inspection or estimate follow-ups;
- service updates;
- customer support communications;
- account or transaction-related information;
- requests for feedback;
- promotional offers; and
- other marketing communications where you have specifically consented to receive them.
5. SMS Consent
By providing your mobile telephone number and separately opting in to a Pest Care text messaging program, you consent to receive SMS and/or MMS messages from Pest Care Inc. at the telephone number you provided.
Messages may be sent using automated technology.
You can opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP, and no further messages will be sent.
Your consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from Pest Care.
Providing your telephone number to request service does not, by itself, constitute consent to receive marketing text messages unless you separately and affirmatively opt in to such messages.
Where different categories of text messages require separate consent, Pest Care will obtain the applicable consent before enrolling you in those messaging programs.

Message frequency may vary depending on your interactions with Pest Care, the services you request, and the messaging program to which you subscribe.
You may receive recurring messages if you have opted into an ongoing Pest Care messaging program.

Charges imposed by your wireless carrier are your responsibility.
8. How to Opt Out of Text Messages
You may opt out of Pest Care text messages at any time.
Reply STOP to any Pest Care text message to unsubscribe.

10. Supported Carriers
Text messaging availability may depend on your mobile carrier and device.
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Delivery of SMS or MMS messages is subject to effective transmission by your wireless service provider and is outside Pest Care’s complete control.
11. Changing or Reassigned Mobile Numbers
You agree to provide a valid mobile number that you are authorized to use.
If your mobile number changes, is disconnected, or is reassigned to another person, you should notify Pest Care or opt out of the messaging program before discontinuing use of the number.
12. SMS Privacy
Your participation in Pest Care’s text messaging program is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
Mobile information and text messaging consent information are handled in accordance with the SMS-specific provisions contained in that Privacy Policy.
13. No Guarantee of Pest Elimination Through Website Information
Pest behavior, infestations, environmental conditions, structural conditions, and treatment results vary between properties.
Nothing contained on the website should be interpreted as a guarantee that a particular recommendation, treatment, product, or service will eliminate a pest problem at your property.
Any warranty or guarantee offered by Pest Care will be expressly identified in the applicable written service agreement.
14. Customer Responsibilities
When requesting or receiving services, you agree to provide accurate and complete information regarding your property and conditions that may reasonably affect our work.
This may include information concerning:
- known pest activity;
- inaccessible areas;
- pets or animals;
- occupants who may require special accommodations;
- structural hazards;
- restricted areas; and
- other conditions relevant to the requested service.
Additional responsibilities may be contained in your service agreement.
15. Email and Telephone Communications
When you provide your email address or telephone number, we may contact you regarding inquiries you submit, requested services, appointments, estimates, transactions, customer service matters, and your existing relationship with Pest Care.
Marketing communications will be sent only as permitted by applicable law and according to the consent you provide.
You may unsubscribe from promotional emails by using the unsubscribe link contained in those messages.
16. Acceptable Use
You may not use our website:
- for unlawful or fraudulent purposes;
- to submit false or misleading information;
- to interfere with website security or operation;
- to attempt unauthorized access to systems or information;
- to transmit viruses, malware, or harmful code;

This limitation does not eliminate rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited.
