Other companies may charge you for every return visit or limit their warranty to 30–90 days. With PestCare, your home is protected for life — for as long as you own your property and maintain your regular service plan with us.

Weather, wear, or natural settling — none of it matters. If rodents get back in through areas we’ve sealed, we’ll reseal, repair, and reset traps at no additional cost. This warranty ensures your rodent problem is gone for good.

Renovations & Additions Coverage

Homes evolve —  and so does your protection. If you remodel or expand your property:

1. Free Inspection – PestCare will inspect new construction areas at no charge.
2. Documentation – We’ll identify and document new potential rodent risks caused by construction.
3. Discounted Add-On Coverage – New or modified areas can be sealed at a discounted rate, extending your lifetime warranty into those spaces.
4. Seamless Coverage Update – Once sealed, your expanded areas are fully protected under your active plan.

Customer Benefit: Even as your home grows, your PestCare protection grows with it — no need to start over.

Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover the following:

Damage or entry points caused by:

• Natural disasters or extreme weather (e.g., heavy storms, earthquakes, or floods)
• Third-party contractors or homeowner modifications
• Tree branches or vegetation touching the structure
• Fire, flooding, or other catastrophic events

Areas not covered:

• Detached or adjacent structures (e.g., garages, sheds, guest houses) unless included in original service
• Areas with restricted access or that have been modified after service
  Areas where exclusion materials have been removed, altered, or covered

Service limitations:

• Damage caused by rodents trapped inside walls or ceilings
• Odor remediation or dead rodent removal from inaccessible areas
• Secondary damage such as insulation, wiring, or ductwork chewed by rodents

When the Warranty Is Void

This warranty will be considered void if:

• Payment terms for the original service are not met
• The customer cancels or lapses their regular PestCare maintenance plan
• The property changes ownership
• Unauthorized contractors or pest companies modify the treated areas
• Recommended maintenance or service visits are not followed
• The property is left vacant for more than 30 consecutive days

Coordination with Atticare

If attic or crawl space work was performed by Atticare, this warranty covers only the rodent exclusion components installed by PestCare.
Atticare provides a separate warranty for insulation, sanitation, duct sealing, or energy efficiency work. Both companies coordinate to ensure complete coverage, but each is responsible for its respective scope.

Maintenance Requirements

To maintain your lifetime coverage:

• Stay enrolled in PestCare’s ongoing quarterly pest control plan.
• Report any rodent activity within 7 days of noticing signs.
• Allow PestCare access to re-inspect and service affected areas as needed.

Failure to maintain regular service may void the warranty.

Duration & Transferability

This warranty is valid for the lifetime of the original customer’s ownership of the property and remains in force only while the customer maintains active quarterly service with PestCare.

It is non-transferable between property owners or tenants.

Legal Terms & Dispute Resolution

This Limited Lifetime Warranty is offered under and governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute arising under this agreement shall be resolved in the courts of Los Angeles County, California.
